Many people think about Tai Chi but don't actually do it. They wait. What are they waiting for? Best advice: Stop waiting and procrastinating! If you have been practicing Tai Chi, keep practicing it. If you want to learn Tai Chi, start now. Tai Chi is medication and meditation in motion. It is one of tMahe best things that you can do for yourself. No one can do it for you - you have to make the commitment to make it part of your life.

Tai Chi promotes a smooth flow of energy (Chi); Improves physical balance and the balance of the ying and yang; Maintains harmony of the mind and body; Induces a better night's sleep, Boosts immune function; Strengthens bones and muscles; Improves posture; Increases endorphin levels.
